Foundation (MMF)
needs to be
financially
supported
through public
donations in
order to achieve
it's mission of
helping
others.
For those who
wish to donate,
please make your
check payable to
“Michael
Miyauchi
Foundation”.
If you wish to
donate online,

MMF can accept
employer
matching
contributions as
well.
Donations and any other
MMF
correspondence
may be sent to

below. MMF
advisors will
receive your
mail, and any
donation will be
forwarded to the
Seattle
Foundation for
deposit into the
Michael Miyauchi
Foundation.
